Shayan's group llc Insider Disinfecting

 

My wife booked two cleanings with Insider Disinfecting service a subsidiary of Shayan's group llc. On April 23 2022. She send Shayan's group llc. A payment of $385.20 and a payment of $267.50 (total of $652.7). Both payments came out of our account on April 25 2022. She called and canceled both cleanings around April 25 2022 and ask for a refund. She was told that it would be credited back to our account in about a week. After a week my wife called them back they said that the money had been refunded. She told them that it had not been refunded. Now the fun started. We posted a review telling other of what was going on, they did not like that at all. She went back and forth with them about the refund. They wanted the review taken down we wanted out money back. They keep telling us the money had been refunded. Our back said we did not get a refund from that company. Around August 2022 they said that we would have to have our bank send them a letter stating that the money had not been refunded. Out bank sent them a letter with all the information they ask for. They informed us they would send us a refund by Paypal. August 9 they sent us $600 in a Paypal sellers account. Paypal took $17.94 as a sellers fee. So we were out $52.70 they said was processing fee and $17.94 for Paypal seller fee. A total of $70.64. this gave us $582.06 refund, I put the money in my bank ASAP. They told us to take down the review. We amended the review tell of the $70.64 we lost. This made them mad and August 11 2022 they opened a dispute case with Paypal for “Item not recived” after talking with Paypal we found out that they sent the money as a payment (like we sold the something). Then then filled a dispute saying we did not send them the item. We filed information telling our side but that did not mater as we could not show that we sent them anything for the money. So Paypal returned the money to them on August 22 2022 and charged me $15.00. So at that point I owe Paypal $615.00 and they suspend my account. We take down the review and tell them to send us the money. They say that they never got the money from Paypal and they have opened a dispute with Paypal. They give us a number and we call Paypal who tell us that there is no dispute with that number. At this point in time I have had to pay off Paypal $615.00. They keep telling us that it is Paypal that has the money and Paypal is telling us that they have sent the money back to Shayan's group llc. We call them weekly to get the same answer. That Paypal has the money and he gives me a dispute number that Paypal has no record of. I told them that there is no way Paypal would take this long to settle a dispute (4 months). It is now November 28 2022. 8 months trying to get our money back
